New page

My name is Rich and I live in California. I have all my life. I'd like to build here. I have previous experience computer programming and I know several languages including but not limited to JavaScript, SwiftUI, React & React Native (frameworks), Some Java, C++, Ruby, and something called Processing and P.JS. I went to art school in San Francisco for 3D animation, so CAD programs are second nature. I live in the Bay Area.

I'm getting into real estate investing so this building experience will help me afford rental properties. I think I'd like to build a portfolio in the midwest, Kansas or Missouri. I own two properties, forest land at the Russian River (hour and half north of SF), and a house in Humboldt county. I'd like to build a house for myself at the Russian River property. I have a savvy investing mind and I've been achieving in real estate investing, so I'm working expanding that. I'm playing with the idea of building a whole apartment complex with Marcin's seed home design.

I'm interested in initially investing together with a few people from the workshop to build a house in Missouri or Kansas and sell it for the profits. Equal expenses, equal profits. Contact me if you're interested.
