<p>Creating user page for new user.</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>I have an electric bicycle that uses a 36volt battery. This battery was only used for this bike and when the bike manufacturer went out of business, the battery manufacturer quit making the batteries.<br /> <br /> The battery was a specific dimension to fit into a case that fits into the frame of the bike. There used to be some packs made up from 6 six volt batteries that fit into the case. They weren&#039;t as good as the original, I assume because more of the volume was plastic case versus lead plates. Apparently these 6 volt batteries are no longer available either. Now there are some made from two 12 volt batteries and two 6 volt batteries. These are worse yet.<br /> <br /> I was wondering if 3D printing might be a way to create some new ones with the original design.
