Technological Time Binding

A property of a technology which allows it to be used by non-experts, in order to build upon it modularly for added complexity. The distinction here is that the techology enters the realm of Appropriate Technology - state where a level of transparency and ease of use is achieve where experts are no longer required to act as intermediaries to that technology being used effectively.
