The tines are the actual part of the pulverizer and rototiller that chop up the dirt. You manufacture them individually and then stack them together on the shaft. You will need to make 12 of these.

Fabrication and Assembly Instructions
- Cut piece parts as per part drawings
- Weld nut onto pipe concentric over the hole
- Tine Flats
- Make 1" cut down middle of flat on each side.
- Place in vice and use vice grips bend as shown in the drawing
- Weld tine flats fully onto pipe as shown in drawing
