Notes
- 12/4/19 - #define PIDTEMPBED - allow PID control of bed with 20% duty cycle to run 24V from a 120V AC system, without using a rectifier. Just transistor switching of AC. Switching of SSR is only a few hertz - [1]. Try 6 Hz. Or 10 hz. Default is 8 hz - just leave it.
- define MAX_BED_POWER 25 // limits duty cycle to bed; 255=full current. About 10% or 12V
- Test 12V - Note - none of this was tested as of 2/28/20 -MJ
- Test 24V with #define MAX_BED_POWER 50
