The material itself is 12' wide and it needs to be heat seamed in our factory to make it larger and needs to be in 12-foot increments:

45 mil Reinforced Polypropylene (RPP) - This comes with a limited 20-year UV & weathering warranty for exposed applications. This is a reinforced product which makes it quite a bit stronger and more puncture resistant. This is one of the best quality liner materials for water and waste applications. It comes in black on 1 side and tan on the other and is recommended to be installed tan side up. This will be made in 1 piece as sized and quoted below.

Although we specialize in large industrial acre size ponds and this is smaller than what we normally do, but we want to help you with your project. We can squeeze this in our orders as long as you give us at least 2 weeks to make this. Transit time is normally one week. Please note that you will need an equipment to unload the liner upon delivery and freight cost may change if any incidental services is requested. Whenever you are ready, please feel free to call us with a credit card information so that we can get this going.
