OSE reports its finances to the public through its annual tax filings, which can be found at [[OSE Form 990]]. Records are available from 2014 to present, after OSE was incorporated in 2013 in the State of Missouri as a non-stock corporation with the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Note that in the Form 990, Part I Summary - shows the beginning of year balance and end of year balance - as the Prior Year and Current Year -  Net assets or fund balances. This should match bank statements at the beginning of the year and last day of the year.
