This is a certification to be offered by OSE, which validates various time-saving aspects of OSE design:

#Ease and speed of build
#Ease and speed of maintenance
#Low cost of build, use, and maintenance - thereby freeing up one's energy or money for other pursuits
#Elimination of downtime by using common, off-the shelf, substitutable, or widely available parts whenever possible
#Industrial productivity on a small scale
#Lifetime design via robustification

All these can be quantified, compared to industry standards, and promoted as value propositions for OSE products. Such 'ingredients' can be communicated on product labels.
