*Pursue self-mastery, so you can change the world. Not by going into a cave then emerging, though that's a good option.  Here is a more replicable route. The key is the financial indepenedence provided to a mindset susceptible to deep purpose or transcendence.
*A chance to figure out your life by the time you are 30. Story: very few people figure out their life. Jim Collins talks about this.
*Approach from the point of mastering yourself, so you can truly enage in world transformation. And here we offer a practical opportunity to do this: 1. Gain skills. 2. Gain financial independence. 3. Master yourself. 4. Change the world.
*[[Level 6]] Training: antifragility, flexibility, adaptability to learn to do anything, and to do it because of a deep purpose. You must start with a purpose: finding the current state unconscionable, and committing your life to changing it.
**Level 5 - you are willing to do whatever it takes for the organization, beyond yourself
**Level 6 - that 'organization' is beyond the walls of your company, it includes the whole world
**Can you learn anything because you have a deep purpose?
**Purpose - something greater than yourself. Others call it God, people relationships, universal connection, we are all in it together
*Personality and character can change - we are neuroplastic - which was discovered only in 2019 (see [[Adult Neurogenesis]]). This opens the possibility of [[Neuroplastic Sublimation]]
*It will be hard work, and lifelong learning
*If you have any reservations, if you want to have a plan B, if you don't want to burn your bridges, this is probably not for you. Plan B distracts you from succeeding, as you can always take the easy way out.
*Being an entrepreneur is less risk than being an employee. Employees trade risks for predictability (lack of ambiguity, not having to make choices, freedom from difficult decisions or conversations)
*Responsibility - it is a duty, task, honor; looking for truth rather than convenience, facing the brutal facts.
*Practical way to teach an abundance mindset. It is learned, here is your chance to learn. And we think you have a high chance of learning it.
*Your honor and integrity can never be taken away from you, '''only you''' can give them away. Therefore, having honor and integrity is 100% your choice. 
*We create new cultures, organizations, institutions. Collaboratively. Group Thesis - we publish a new institution, for purpose of implementation, every 4 year cycle of students, starting with 24. Then as we build up to 700 campuses, 240 people each - 168,000 students put together on a single project, with scaled collaboration (collaborative literacy + simple tools like wikis)
*[[Gen Z]] type and age - looking for purpose in their work. And just about exactly the initial proposition of 18-26 (high school grad, alternative to college, up to finishing college, but definitely before they get corrupted with dependence in the workforce). Up to 26 as brain maturation occurs at about 25 years old. Too far out beyond that and they are getting 'corrupted' into non-growth mindsets in the status quo.
*It must be about 'building to last' , ie, enduring things in society (new institutions) - so that we specialize in 'building startups to last'. Which is interestingly not the typical startup.
*When recruting, we get the 'right people on the  bus', then figure where to drive it. Note that Sony and HP both started with people (and vision), then they decided what products to make.
*Most people label themselves, such as 'scientist', 'marketer', introvert or extrovert, early bird or night own. Here we go beyond all of that we are neuroplastic ambivert generalists, doing whatever it takes to get the job done because we have Level 6 purpose and unconscionable offenses exist in the world.

*Sharing - of knowledge - embodied ultimately as economically significant knowhow that lifts up humanity. Giving means giving out fishing rods for free, in the sense that you have to do the work, but here is the information. This core culture is critical. Not 'when I get around to it'. This is the core of one's activity.

=Recruiting Questions for Ourselves=

*Look for language that expresses Level 5, Level 6, purpose greater than oneself. Identify all the language constructions that this manifests in.
*What time window do we have to capture the 'in the moment psychographic picture' of a person who is hungry? 
*Is this really 'in the moment' or can we capture the recruit at any time because of the depth and timelessness of our approach?
