  2. Build a Development Process Ribbon to represent timelines - time permitting prior to July 22, input example here
  3. Template Development Process into Project Manager or adjust the template Audrey has already worked
  4. Identify which projects are currently ongoing

    1. Upload schedule into Project Manager - in the future Project Manager will be the first tool to scheduling, but right now this step is necessary > scheduling is the primary focus and by using familiar tools, scheduling will remain the primary focus

  8. Discuss/determine how tasking will be inputted into Project Manager - Under program umbrellas? What are OSE programs? Are they areas of responsibility each staff member oversees?
