Instructions

  1. Using the below form fill in all required information
  2. Provide for to project manager or appropriate authority to approve against BOM and Workshop inventory
  3. Appropriate authority will forward BOM to Operations Manager for execution
  4. Track parts by accessing Material, RFQ, and Work Requisition Log on the Material, RFQ, and Work Requisition wiki page
