This is the OSE Public Press Procedure:
1. Nikolay establishes/follows up on a contact and answers questions.
2. If Marcin is asked to be interviewed, the questions to him are written down and send to Nikolay. Nikolay passes the questions to Marcin for reply.
3. If there are unanswered questions afterwards or still an interview is requested, Marcin will consider an interview.
