Designing an OSE industrial area that can be dual purpose. Anything we create and build OSE also holds training in same facilities. If we sell it we train for it. OSE operated Hotel, restaurant, fueling station & mechanics.

All the peripheral businesses can be formed by partnering with already established companies.

Including other Open Source companies will lesson the load on OSE. These companies are an example the OSHWA list is quite detailed.

OSE can create a work to aquire product program. This can be over time or a one off month of work or something.

Where if someone wants a product we sell OSE will create a work trade so people can come work and earn the product they want. Exchange work for goods

Each OSE Industrial Hub should have a 3 hour delivery radius so drivers can return home each day. 3 hour drive 2 hour off load 3 hour return drive.

All trucks will be loaded by night shift and be ready for delivery run every morning.

Timber stand growing trees to be used as lumber for all builds. Paulowina Elongata seems to be a very good choice, matured at 10 years.

Large clearspan 100,000 x 2 sqft warehouse. One building will be for fabrication the other for storage of inventory.
