Mark the Base Flat to designate where the Fixed Block should be along the length of the Base Flat. | |||

Mark the Base Flat's outer mounting holes (the ones for fastening with the Base Plate) | |||
Clamp the Base Plate and Base Flat (on top of the Base Plate) onto a table with 4 C-Clamps such that 2 side faces of the parts are planar coincident. | |||
Accurately clamp the Fixed Block onto the Base Flat with 2 C-Clamps such that the parts are parallel. | |||
Change the Magdrill bit for the 10.5mm DIA pilot hole. | |||
Drill the pilot holes for the Fixed Block, match drilling into the Base Flat. | |||

Clamp, tack weld, and weld 4 Long Spacers to the corners of the Base Plate. | |||

Fixed Block to Base Flat to Base Plate
Measure and mark the 4 mounting holes on the Fixed Block.

Mark the Base Flat to designate where the Fixed Block should be along the length of the Base Flat.
