Organizational Development - Control Panel
- Complete each step in the Org. Dev. sheet of the Control Panel. (some steps are listed below)
- Design Strategic Plan document and publish
- Cleanup the Wiki & Blogs
Accounting
- Recruit Accountant
- Integrate True Fans system with OSE Bank Account
- Create spreadsheets tracking expenditures for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation grant, the Shuttleworth Foundation grant, and the Shumaker Family Foundation grant
- Facilitate the development of the OSE Budget
- Solicit an independent audit of OSE finances for 2012
