I/we are on the path for something similar to your project in Alberta, Canada. I came across your site through my aggregator of choice: reddit.com. Thanks to your successes in building a similar future I feel like we are on the right track.

I am looking forward to exploring your wiki, and I hope that I can contribute something in the future.

Our own collaborative wiki will by coming online soon (when I've got a moment outside of finishing my diploma program). Hopefully we can expand each others projects!

Not all of my fellow communitarians share my goal of designing a meta-community building kit, an ideal you share.
