Steps
1/2" dia 6061T6 aluminum round bar, 115mm length
Turn one end to 9.8mm dia x 10mm length
Center drill both ends
Drill 6mm dia x 100mm from the non-turned end
Drill 3.5mm dia x bore out from the turned end
Thread the turned end M10x1.5
Seal the hole of the non-turned end with electrical tape OR weld it shut
