Overview
Sam Turner, a student at Tulane University and OSE supporter would like to establish an Open Source Club at Tulane that offers students the opportunity to work on open source projects. He would like to leverage OSE's design process and expertise to structure the club. Establishing a partnership with OSE will help provide this initial infrastructure and technical support. Furthermore, this partnership will help OSE access engineers, designers, graphics artists, and fabricators at Tulane.

- Met with Sam Turner to discuss OSE involvement in establishing an Open Source club at Tulane:
- Initially set up an "Open Source Club" that partners with OSE...then grow into a more formal relationship
- Audrey will: define product development processes, resources, and documentation standards; establish protocols for communications and OSE's expectations of partnership
- Sam will: recruit interested participants; establish a club with leadership structure (board or president/vp structure); outline communication needs; outline club protocols (scope of work, etc); outline expectations of OSE
- We will meet again next week to discuss status and next steps
- Immediate project includes fixing radiator problem on LifeTrac 5 and integrating QA for pulling
