The first diagram is confusing. It makes sense when you take a while to look it over several times and really think about it, but it needs to be more accessible for tools such as this to be effectively/efficiently used by all collaborators. The second diagram is much more straightforward/clearer, but a supplemental Prezi or something that goes into more detail and explains why the steps aren't depicted in a simple linear diagram (i.e., how/why are some steps done at the same time as others) would enhance its accessibility/clarity.
