Follow-up Email Template:
Greetings [contact person]!
Thank you so much for your response. We are currently in the process of integrating a network of collaborators and developers at openecology.org, which will be our main organizational website for the Global Village Construction Set (GVCS). We appreciate the part you play in making that a reality! Please stay in touch with any follow-up questions. Again, we are available to give presentations at your convenience. Feel free to contact us at any point and together may we uplift the world for a bright future!
Deep regards, Open Source Ecology

Hi Marcin -
We received your email and would be interested in hearing more about what you do. What is your presentation like? Film/powerpoint/lecture? What is your goal? Awareness-building? Finding people to learn your technologies? Fundraising? Is there a charge for your presentation? What dates were you planning to be in L.A.?
We have several Transition groups across the greater L.A. area and I can poll them to see which ones would like to host.

Hello Adam, Thank you for contacting the Global Ecovillage Network. I looked at your website and agree that your mission closely aligns with that of our network. GEN does not currently have a set membership but each region disperses information in their own way, so I am copying your message to the GEN Board of Directors (that represent each of the GEN regions) so that they might get to know your group and the effort you all have set out to accomplish. I hope the board will contact you for ways that we can support each others work and accomplish more in our effort towards a planet in balance. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Jessica DuBoe GEN Administrative Assistant
Adam,
Cutting to the chase: We're blown away by what you're doing. How did we not know of you before?
We'd love to talk more and be kept in the loop on what you're doing. In the mean time, I'll spread the word about your vid and blog via FB and Twitter right now.
Seriously. Amazing and inspiring work. How did it go with BFI? I know one of the board members over there....

Looks very cool and have forwarded it on to a few different groups. If you make it up to Portland, Oregon, please let me know.
thanks,
