Stairway for SeedHome v2
We have 121.125" to the top of the 2nd story flooring from the top of the sill, then we need to add 1.5" for the sill, which makes the total rise 122.625"
The stair landing takes care of 6.25" (5.5" 2x6 plus 3/4" planks), so the stairway needs to rise 116.375"
UPDATE: As-built the landing used 2x8s instead of 2x6s, so it is 8" high (7.25" 2x8 plus 3/4" planks), which reduces the needed stair rise by 1.75"
15 steps of 7-3/4" (the maximum allowed by code) is 116.25"
15 steps of 7-5/8" provides 114.375"
Steps are 42.125" wide, 11.25" deep
