- LaCie Rugged 1TB USB 2.0 - $183 - the editors used these drives on the last film I worked on. Rugged & bus powered but at little pricey @ $183 - not sure how much of that is for style vs. performance.
- Seagate Expansion 1TB 2.5" Portable External Hard Drive - $89 - I've had not the best luck w/ Seagate but a good price
- TOSHIBA 1TB USB 2.0 Black Canvio Basics Portable Hard Drive - $99.99
