We found it easiest to install and lock the legs first by laying the roller frame on its side, and then the rollers (there are 40 per section, we presently have 5 sections). It also works better with at least two people to help manipulate. To facilitate ergonomic CEB distribution to build walls (we estimate several tens of thousands of bricks to press, which can present problems with strain trying to carry each brick from the press to the walls and columns where they need to go, not to mention wariness), a number of roller modules were designed and built:
We found it easiest to install and lock the legs first by laying the roller frame on its side, and then the rollers (there are 40 per section, we presently have 5 sections).
