Introduction

Key work that is being done comes from Joseph Smyth, and Claude Lewenz (ref. from Franz):

I documented Joseph Smyths work here:

Claude Lewenz is the Author of "How To Build a Village"

http://villageforum.com/index.php?Itemid=40&id=20&option=com_content&task=view

both authors value the necessity of having fresh organic food available in their village schemes and show exciting new possibilities of community supported agriculture.

The idea is that land acquisition is supported by the emergence or action of settlements, communities etc. The thing could work the other way round and housing could be an offering of land owners.

Its a pretty new concept of agriculture emerging here, in direct connection with human habitat.
