Vise Assembly

  • Clamp Blocks onto Moving Blocks: Tack weld + weld the Clamp Blocks onto the Moving Blocks, then surface grind the clamping face of the Clamp Blocks such that their clamping faces are parallel. Then drill the Jaw holes through the Clamp Blocks.
  • Threaded Rod and Nuts: Position the Moving Block such that the Threaded Rod can be inserted vertically. Insert the Threaded Rod, then fasten the Nut onto the threaded rod such that the nut contacts the Moving Block. Center the nut approximately then tack weld + weld the nut onto the Moving Block.
