Materials

Cold-rolled iron rectangular bar

25mm x 150mm x 300mm is about 9kg. Iron density = 7.87g/cm3

Build

Mill and drill the heck out of the plate:


Use roughing endmill.

Make 18/32" wide, 0.6" deep slots across the length of the iron bar
