== Solar bakery ==
A bakery can be operated on very little fuel by using concentrated solar oven(s). Fuel is used as a secondary heat source when the sun isnt sufficient.
If continuous (daytime) use is not anticipated, the oven can be built onto the side of a housing block to provide firstly a free heated oven and secondly some space heating.
During the early days of village construction there need be no economic drain from using fuel heating. Concentrating reflectors can be made from scrap.
