I've looked at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:How_to_delete_a_page We could start tagging the offending pages (the Cialis ones and probably the Chinese ones which have urls with funny names even tho' I haven't visited them) as {{delete| reason=spam }}. Tagging pages for deletion probably makes it easy for admins to delete a number of pages at once, and we would find out if we give it a try with a bunch of pages. - CategoryTree allows the category structure to be seen in outline form

Templates needed
- A more compact Site header template, showing just the packages, with a tooltip for each package showing the projects within the package
- Not sure if this can be done without an extension
- But the Pipe trick might help
- July 16: Pipe trick plus redirection will work, no need for tooltip extension
