Torque (ft-lb) = HP * 33000 / 2 * pi * RPM = 16 * 33000 / 2 * pi * 3600 = 23.34 ft-lb
Hydraulic Fluid Flow
Use pump specs to calculate displacement:
RPM * CIPR = 0.92 CIPR * 3600 RPM / 231 cu-in/gal = 14.33 GPM
