1.- Well, I see that the document use complex words or definitions if the proyect are destinate to people who doesn't have construcction knowledge.

For example when sais "...any dense material with a potential for thermal mass, such as concrete, adobe, or stone could be used."

What means "...any dense material with a potential for thermal mass.." in this context???

2.- Inside "Structural shape" you sais "...However, it may cause problems with water or radon gas leaking up from the earth."
