1. Line up the Inner and Outer Rails (S27, S28) and clamp them together with vise grips. | |||
2. Clamp the Sides (S29), Press Plate (S26), Tube (S24) and Back (S22) and the rails together with vise-grips and C-Clamps. | |||
3. Tack weld the clamped drawer at a few locations down to prevent warping when it is welded together. | |||
4. Complete the welding joints, welding at different locations as you go to prevent warping. | |||
5. Check the completed drawer to ensure that it is still straight. | |||

- 1/4”x4”x6” tubing
- 1/4”x6”x14” (2) – bend at 4.5” the short way
- 1/4”x2”x2” angle, 12” long
- 1/4”x8”x12.5” plate
- 1/4”x8x12” plate, bent at 2” the long way
- 1”x1”x1/8”, 6” long (2)
