Overview
This is a project management strategy outlined by Lynda.com. The outline terms are defined on the wiki at Lynda.com Project Management Fundamentals.
Problem/Opportunity Statement

- Not enough people grasp the content of the GVCS DVD.
- Potential revenue sources have a difficult time appreciating the amount of success we have achieved and the amount of work we have accomplished.
- We have an opportunity to enhance the presentation of the GVCS DVD material so that:
- more people grant OSE the credibility it is due.
- more people replicate the technology.
- people become inspired to fund the rest of the GVCS development.
- We can begin studying and experimenting with the information structure for full GVCS release by the end of 2012.
