Introduction

Get 6061T6 Aluminum Flat/Bar - Recommended Final Dimensions: 1/4" x 8" x 9" (remember you can get a long piece and cut it later)

Cut to size if necessary

(ex. with a circular saw or bandsaw)

Finish top surface

(ex. with a stainless steel brush bit on a hand drill or grinder

- warning - the tool can jump severely so firmly grip the tool and position yourself such that it will not jump towards you).
