- 0900-0930:Morning meeting/discussed tasks to be completed with the LifeTrac 5(LT5) fabrication that was currently in Progress
- 0930-1200:Worked on fabricating LT5
- 1200-1230:Lunch
- 1230-2200:Continued working on LT5 fabrication

- 1230-2200:Completed fabricating the LT5, Fabricated/used die 7/16-20 die to thread new jowstick for LT5, had to grind down diameter of recycled joystick

- 0900-1200:Observed repairs of hydraulic leak/field test of LT5
- 1200-1230:Lunch
- 1230-1330:Observed first attempt to load LT5 on trailer/observed it almost falling off trailer due to wrong tyoe of hydraulic cylinder for articulating steering/observed successful to recovery to try loading again
- 1330-1500:rest/troubleshoot solutions
- 1500-1700:Other DPVS and Onsite contributers succesfully troubleshot loading problem by switching hoses to enable more controlled steering onto trailer and they loaded LT5 onto trailer
- 1700-1730:LT5 DPV team, Spark documentary team, and contributing DPV photo with LT5
- 1730-1800:LT5 departure
- 1800-2300:Voluntarily conducted individual deep clean of entire bathroom to include showers, toilets, sink area, plastic storage drawers, and vacuumed
