PLAN 1 - A single or group stipend is provided to offset weekly food procurement.

OR

PLAN 2 - OSE personnel or DPVs stock kitchen with the below basic food items using OSE funds or private funds. If private funds are used, provide OSE with a receipt for reimbursement.
