Summary

PeerNet is a draft proposal and architecture for a fully distributed global peer-to-peer network.

PeerNet consists of independently-programmed interoperable applications that share and communicate data that is submitted to them.

PeerNet repositories can be programmed by any development team as long as they adhere to a simple evolving set of community interpersonal and technical standards regarding PeerNet nodes.
