Over the duration of the events we will have BBQs
OSE will be ordering 1/4 , 1/2 cows from local grass fed farms.
This year we will be utilizing
Kansas City Beef Company
On BBQ days we will provide alternate options for Vegetarian & Vegan eaters. Something special and different each time.
Falafel, Pita wraps, Rottini pasta Salad, Tofu kebab, Roasted stuffed peppers along those lines.
We will get all suggestions and plan accordingly.
Our scheduling is for 3 BBQ days Begining, Middle, Final.
Milestone Meals
