OSE Voip phone & social app

Ok why does OSE not have a phone app and social media place. Wiki is great for tech and library but a phone and virtual meeting place is super important

Has anyone used freepbx. org?

Any suggestions? I'm going to try this

I like an OSE specific app but what's opinions on good already available apps? The app would be super good for coordinating people and social interaction.
