Designing an OSE industrial area that can be dual purpose. Anything we create and build OSE also holds training in same facilities. If we sell it we train for it. All the peripheral businesses will also be OSE owned, hotels, restaurant, fuel stations etc

We create a work to aquire product program.

Where if someone wants a product we sell OSE will create a work trade so people can come work and earn the product they want. Exchange work for goods

Each OSE Industrial Hub should have a 3 hour delivery radius so drivers can return home each day. 3 hour drive 2 hour off load 3 hour return drive.

All trucks will be loaded by night shift and be ready for delivery run every morning.

Timber stand growing trees ho be used as lumber for all builds. Paulowina Elongata seems to a very good choice, matured at 10 years.

Large clearspan 100,000 x 2 sqft warehouse. One building will be for fabrication the other for storage of inventory.

Fueling station with mechanic garage.

Hotel on site with full amenities. Restaurant, Cafe, Gym, Pool, Track, etc

24/5 or 16/5 work week schedule. 3x8 hr shifts. rotating or 2x8 hr shifts rotating.
