This document will present how to make vegetarian food called Habibi. The term "Habibi" comes from Arabic language, here is article from Wikipedia
Name "habibi" for food was introduced in 2009 by Franci Petrič in a Tea house Adam & Eva in Slovenia/Maribor. He was inspired by Turkish kebab type of food, major difference is that habibi as food does not include meat.
