Description:

The system as a whole includes the following components:

• Equipment such as the the GVCS machines, which in turn includes hardware, software, and supplies.
• Facilities, which in turn includes land, buildings, and outdoor modifications/additions.
• People needed to operate things.
• Processes, procedures, and training for how to operate things.
• Likely other components will be identified by analysis.
