2. Link Requirements to Product Development Board in Deliverable column
3. Notify approving authority that deliverable is ready for approval
4. Utilize GrabCAD to post a parallel challenge once specifications are documented for a machine or module. See GrabCAD Challenge Protocol
5. Publish the GrabCAD Challenge link and OSE Doc/Dev Platform link:

1. Publish on blog, twitter, and Facebook.
2. Email Design Sprint participant database to promote their involvement in GrabCAD or our Dozuki documentation/dev protocol
3. Publicize GrabCAD challenge in Design Sprints
