Open Source AgroEcology (OSA) is an agricultural system associated with the Open Ecology project. It is agricultural in that it cultivates useful plants and animals for human uses, ecological in that is utilizes the interconnectedness of different organism, and open source in that all information is shared online without restriction. This includes using sharing the designs for, giving away free seeds and cuttings online and spreading know-how through wikis, forums, online videos and other tools.

Open Source AgroEcology includes replicable, open source, optimized agricultural techniques and the replicable, open source technology needed to implement advanced permacultural techniques.
