Need more emotional space. Recommend 1-on-1s w/ Marcin 1x/month.
Need more appreciation. Honor work done by all. This is an individual responsibility.
Clarity: need to state why we are doing what we are doing and state assumptions to use time well.
Need: acknowledgement... a "conclusion" period after sense-making.
