Equal employment

I would like to formally write a complaint against Open Source Ecology as per the Whistleblower Policy used by this organization.

While I am not a current employee of this organization, I have been involved with Open Source Ecology in the past. Today I received news that several individuals would be fired from their employment contract, discriminating against the people of color in a larger group of employees. I see this as unlawful and grounds for legal action against Open Source Ecology, and its founder Marcin Jakubowski.

I did not know that it was a racially discriminating organization until now, and I am deeply disappointed, because of how well this organization is supported by grant funding and other donors. I no longer can support Open Source Ecology because of these actions. I believe that the donors to this organization deserve to know that employees are being discriminated based on their race, and are being fired based on the racial discrimination of the founder of Open Source Ecology. I also believe that there are grounds to take legal action against Open Source Ecology and its founder for racial discrimination in the workplace.
