OSE Disclosure Agreement

Open Source Ecology and collaborators operate in the public domain. We produce open design which is placed in the public domain, for anyone to use. This includes DIY production and startup enterprise. Our primary goal is economically-significant, distributed production by as many agents as possible. We believe in Jeffersonian democracy - where a large number of people seizes power via production.

With this said, it should be clarified that all communications with Open Source Ecology are engaged in the public domain. We have no trade secrets or proprietary information, as these features stand in the way of open collaboration. Therefore, we assume that all communications from third parties also follow this disclosure agreement. If you have propriatary or other limited-access intellectual property, we are not interested in collaboriting with you, because that stands in the way of overall human progress.
