If you are claiming free energy and/or overunity please answer the following questions first:

What are the boundaries of your system: for example is the battery part of it? Is there heating? Is there nuclear material? Fuel? etc. What are the inputs: Batteries, grid-electricity? (Can you measure it?) What are the outputs: Heat? Electricity? Mechanical Energy? (Can you measure it and convert the energy to common units?)
