Steps

Clear the ground by a designated depth

Fill the dug areas with gravel and other foundation particulates

Put up wooden forms to enclose the volume to be concrete'd

Set rebar chairs and then rebar in the volume to be concrete'd

Pour concrete into the designated volumes then even out the surface

Let the concrete cure
