Drilling the Fixed Block

Check the mill's vertical alignment.

Mount a drill chuck to the mill.

Mount the Fixed Block on the mill, oriented to drill the 4 mounting holes.

Check the mount's vertical alignment.

Mount a pilot bit onto the mill.

Drill the pilot holes, moving to each hole location accurately.

Change the bit for the thru hole diameter.

Drill the thru holes, moving to each hole location.

Change the bit for the counterbore.

Drill the counterbore, moving to each hole location.
