Fixed Block

Clamp the Fixed Block to the table.

Measure, mark, pilot drill, and drill the 3 vise holes.

Fixed Block to Moving Blocks

Clamp the Fixed Block to the Moving Block and table.

Partially match drill the 3 vise holes.

Repeat for the second Moving Block.

Clamp Block

Clamp the Clamp Block to a Moving Block.

Tack weld and weld the Clamp Block to the Moving Block.

Repeat for all 4 Clamp Blocks.

Surface grind the clamp block's surface (the one that is normal to the clamping axis) to make it parallel-coincident with the face of the Moving Block.

Repeat for all 4 Clamp Blocks.

Clamp the Moving Block with Clamp Blocks on the table.

Drill and tap the Clamp Block holes.

Repeat for all 4 Clamp Blocks.
